Football is back in Stillwater this Saturday at 2:30 for Senior Day. The Cowboys have faced a challenging season but are looking to bounce back with a win. Cowboy Tennis continues to compete strongly in regional tournaments, while Cowboy and Cowgirl Basketball dominate early in the season—let’s make Gallagher-Iba Arena rock! In Cross Country, both the men’s and women’s teams placed first in the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships and are aiming for national titles this weekend. Cowboy Wrestling kicked off a strong season with a 38-6 victory over Utah Valley. Unfortunately, Cowgirl Soccer’s season came to an early end in the NCAA Championship with a 0-4 loss to Arkansas, but they wrapped up with an impressive 14-5-3 record.
In university news, Oklahoma State announced that the new Human Performance Innovations Complex will be named after Boone Pickens. His foundation is contributing to this state-of-the-art facility, ensuring his legacy continues to inspire student-athletes. Boone’s passion for athletics and his commitment to helping others succeed are reflected in this monumental project.
In NIL news, women’s sports are making strides as the Washington women’s soccer team partnered with Adidas for a sponsored campaign ahead of their game against Utah State. The players expressed gratitude on social media for being supported by such an iconic brand.
Meanwhile, in Minnesota, football and philanthropy intersect. Freshman defensive back Koi Perich signed an NIL deal with NutriSource Pet Food, a program active since 2019 that funds service dogs for local children’s hospitals. Perich shared his pride in representing a company focused on easing anxiety for kids in challenging environments.

Cowgirl Basketball takes the court at home this Wednesday, while Cowboy Basketball travels to the Charleston Classic to face East Coast teams. Cowboy Wrestling will compete in a home match against Wyoming, and Equestrian gears up for two ranked matchups, hosting Fresno State on Friday and UC Davis on Saturday. The week concludes with Cowboy Football’s Senior Day game, kicking off against Texas Tech at 2:30 p.m. in Boone Pickens Stadium.
